Inside the residence you will find a shared swimming pool within walking distance. The complex is relatively small, which means a quieter and less crowded atmosphere compared to large resorts on Lake Garda, especially during summer (pool rules and opening hours apply).

The real highlight is the outdoor space: the apartment features two private gardens, one at the front and one at the back.

• Front garden: independent access gate, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and relaxing moments.
