Appartamento Belvedere is part of Residence Cascina Cavaleone , a renovated historic house on the hills of Cavaion Veronese, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from Bardolino and Lake Garda .

Spread across the first and second floors, it can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families, two couples, or small groups of friends.

🏡 Internal layout

First floor
The entrance is reached via an external staircase that leads to the private balcony-terrace.

On the first floor there are:
• Open space living room
• Sitting area with sofa bed
• Table and dining area
• Open kitchen
• A bathroom
• Direct access to the terrace

Second floor
An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of:
• 2 double bedrooms
• 2 double beds
• Second bathroom
• View of Lake Garda from one of the rooms

The presence of external and internal stairs must be considered by guests with mobility difficulties and families with small children.

The standard configuration includes two double beds for up to 4 guests.

The sofa bed in the living room is not automatically made up. It can be arranged upon request to accommodate four guests at a supplement of €20 , including linens. Requests must be made prior to arrival.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner:

Both bathrooms are equipped with:

Sheets and towels are included and are prepared based on the number of guests indicated in the booking.

❄️ Air conditioning
There are two air conditioners, one on each floor, controlled via dedicated Mitsubishi wall-mounted devices. There are no portable remote controls.

The units are located in the corridors and distribute air to the rooms and bedrooms. To better cool the sleeping area, we recommend leaving the internal doors open and keeping the windows and French windows closed during operation.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout. The living room features a flat-screen satellite TV.

🌅 Balcony-terrace overlooking Lake Garda
The private terrace is furnished with a table and is ideal for breakfast, lunch outdoors, or relaxing with a glass of local wine.

Visibility may vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal vegetation.

The side garden can be used by guests of Belvedere and the Roma Apartment , located on the ground floor of the same property.

Each apartment has its own private outdoor space: Belvedere has a panoramic terrace, while Roma has a covered space with a table and awning.

🧺 Shared laundry
The laundry room is located on the first floor, outside the two apartments, and is shared with any guests from Rome.

It is equipped with:
• Washing machine
• Laundry essentials
• Clothesline dedicated to Belvedere
• Iron and ironing board

The laundry key is left inside the apartment.

👶 Children's Services
A cot and high chair are available upon advance request. Children must be supervised at all times on the stairs, terrace, and outdoor areas.

🔐 Self check-in
Cascina Cavaleone is located in Via Roma 74, Cavaion Veronese .

There are two safety deposit boxes near the gate. The top box contains the keys to the Belvedere Apartment.

• The code will be communicated on the day of check-in
• A key opens the gate
• The other keys open the entrance to the apartment
• After the gate, take the internal road and go up the stairs on the left to the terrace

Before your arrival, you will receive a photo guide with parking spaces, location, lockbox code, and step-by-step instructions.

🚗 Parking and loading/unloading
The property does not have private parking reserved for each unit.

Free public parking is available within walking distance:
• In Via Belvedere
• Along Via Roma

The check-in guide contains photographs and precise locations. The final stretch to the house is short and uphill.

Upon request, access to the internal driveway is available for brief loading and unloading. Parking on the driveway is not permitted when Roma and Belvedere are occupied by separate bookings.

Parking along the internal road is only possible if you book both apartments.

The hilltop location allows you to stay close to the lake, away from the busiest areas.

🛣️ How to get there
We highly recommend a car, the most practical way to explore Lake Garda and the hinterland.

The most convenient motorway exit is generally Affi – Lago di Garda Sud , along the A22 motorway. From Affi, continue following the signs for Cavaion Veronese.

The nearest train stations are Verona Porta Nuova and Peschiera del Garda. From both, you can continue by taxi, transfer, rental car, or bus.

Cavaion is also served by ATV interurban buses, but routes and frequencies vary depending on the season. For easy access to beaches, wineries, trails, and villages, a car is the recommended option.

The Municipality of Cavaion Veronese applies a tourist tax separate from the price of the accommodation:

• Payment to be completed by checkout according to the instructions received
