Outside is where the magic happens: you have two private gardens, one in front and one in the back, each with a different function.
The front garden, connected to the entrance, is perfect for everyday vacation: leisurely breakfasts, lunches, and dinners al fresco thanks to the outdoor table. ☕️🍽️
The back garden overlooks the forest and is your "slow" corner: loungers and deckchairs, natural light, silence, and greenery. Here you can read, relax, and truly unwind. 🌳
And then there's the priceless convenience of the pool: you can see it, reach it in just a few steps, and enjoy it whenever you want (following the condominium rules and schedules).

To make your stay even more practical and comfortable, Wi-Fi , air conditioning , a dishwasher , a coffee machine , as well as sheets and towels are included. The apartment has a washing machine in the kitchen area, and a self-service laundromat is just a few minutes away on Via Giorgio Strehler.

🔑 Easy and independent arrival (self check-in)
Arrival is simple and stress-free: self-check-in is available, so you can collect your keys and open the residence gate independently, without waiting.
After checking in, you can drive in and easily reach the private parking space inside the residence, reserved for the apartment. From there, you can enter the home immediately and settle in completely independently.

✅ Guest verification (local regulations): Before entry, all guests must verify their documents and verify their identification, as required by local regulations. Once this process is complete, you will receive detailed instructions for entry and using the self-check-in system.

ℹ️ Useful information

Tourist tax: This is mandatory and is applied according to the provisions of the Municipality of Manerba del Garda. The fee is €1.60 per person per night for guests over 15 years of age, to be paid according to the indicated methods (on site or, upon request, with online payment).

Shared pool: The pool is shared with other apartments in the residence. It can be used according to the shared hours and rules, which we will inform you of before your arrival.

Nature and silence: the stream area is among the quietest in the complex: no car noise, just greenery and a truly relaxing atmosphere. 🌿 A small stream also flows nearby: you can step down and stop to rest, read, or simply listen to the water.

Nature & Panoramas
• Rocca di Manerba: an incredible panoramic route, among paths and historical ruins, with one of the most beautiful views of the lake (best at sunset). 🌅
• Corners along the stream: near the house you'll find a very rare atmosphere on Lake Garda: true silence, greenery, and a place to stop and read or relax while listening to the water. 🍃

Beaches (different mood, same Garda)
• La Romantica Beach: large and comfortable, ideal for alternating sun, swimming, and an easy day. 🏖️
• Pisenze Beach: more intimate and scenic, perfect if you are looking for a quiet corner and clear water.
• Beach/Porto Dusano: small harbor and open views of the lake, often with photogenic sunsets and a picture-postcard atmosphere. 📸
• San Sivino Beach: much loved for its cove and relaxed atmosphere, excellent for those who want to stay away from the crowds.

In the water: island, SUP and boat
• San Biagio Island (Rabbit Island): A small icon of Lake Garda; in season, it can often be reached by taxi boat from Porto Torchio, or by SUP/canoe for the more sporty. 🐇
• SUP and kayak: one of the most beautiful ways to see the bays of Manerba from the water, with a slow pace and swimming breaks wherever you want. 🏄‍♂️
• Boat without a license: a super romantic and simple experience: you rent, sail out to sea and stop for a dip in complete freedom. 🚤
