🚗 Car recommended
A car is recommended to comfortably reach the lake, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, nearby villages and hiking trails.

The villa is approximately 10 minutes from the Church of San Michele in Toscolano. The last part of the road can be narrow and unpaved in some sections. It is suitable for any type of vehicle, but it is important to know this before arrival.

Alternatively, we can provide a detailed video showing how to reach the property. We recommend downloading it before arrival, so it can be used even if the connection is unstable during the drive.

Guests arriving independently can reach the villa following the instructions and collect the keys from the keybox located at the property.

📲 Online check-in and guest verification
The day before arrival, guests will receive the online check-in and guest verification instructions, as required by Italian law.
